FHI takes care of the overall publicity of HET Instrument 2012. The overall publicity includes the following:
FHI has made agreements with several magazines about placement of editorials, advertisements and banners about HET Instrument 2012.
- Email newsletters
Regularly FHI sends email newsletters to the visitors (Netherlands and Belgium) of HET Instrument. These newsletters contain information about the conference programm, the projects and exhibitors.
- A3 posters
FHI does promote HET Instrument at schools and universities by spreading the A3-posters with theme image of the trade show.
Tips for promotion
- Inform your customers about your participation at HET Instrument and inform them about your stand number.
- Invite your customers for a free visit to HET Instrument and make an appointment at your own stand.
- Use your own free visitors registration module and make a chance to win the Marketing Communication Cup.
- Send your novelties to FHI and participate at Novelties in Technology.
- Participate at several projects which are organised during the show. FHI cooperate with some magazines to promote these projects and the participators.
- Check after a few day the press room and make use of the refill for your pressreleases.
