Complete stands
Standard stand constructions can be requested at attractive rates via the FHI organisation. FHI, Federation of Technology Branches offers complete participation packages for the 2012 edition of HET Instrument. In cooperation with stand builder Arti'70, FHI offers two standard stand variants. There are various options for further furnishing of the stands.
Stands up to 50m² have to use standard stand construction. However, it is possible to apply for dispensation to use free stand construction under 50m². For this you can contact Inge van der Zwaag.
Free stand construction
The free stand construction is without a stand construction. The exhibitor carries out their own stand construction. The prices for free stand construction are excluding costs of the visitor registration system. The costs of the visitor registration system are € 215,- per stand (reader) and € 7,50 per m² (all prices are exclusive of VAT).
The prices are:
€ 139,- per m² for members
€ 212,- per m² for non-members
Additional company announcement
Every exhibitor at HET Instrument will be mentioned with their company name. If you have any other exhibitors at your stand, we can also mention their name on, for example, the website or the floorplan. You can find more information on the form Additional company announcement(s).
